the name ” letup letup ” literally means pops up. this could be due to the fruit itself that pops up . Scientifically it is known as “ Passiflora foetida“. Please don’t be a smart aleck and go over to any village folks in Perak and smugly asking them ” Pakcik / Makcik, can you show me where I could get Passiflora foetida ? ” . If they’re patient enough they will ask you to describe what you’re looking for.
Yes – this will be my first post. I have been wanting to write since many many years back and it finally gets to me that I need to get this journey started. It became obvious that I’ve been keeping notes here and there , mentally and in my journals . It also serves as a good legacy for my next generations.
So occasionally I will find some back to the future stuff where , it was meant to be written in the past but I may write it in the present and doing my best to have it fit into the present context.
So here goes and hope this journey will be useful ( either all or in part) to you all.
